The BEST Slow Cooked Lamb for a Easy Weekday Dinner!

Slow-Cooker Sticky Asian Lamb is one of my favourites as a mid-week meal with roasted or steamed potatoes and mixed vegetables, and this lamb just melts-in-the-mouth.
Even better, the left-overs are deliciously sticky to put on mashed potatoes, in a sandwich, or even just to snack on.

So simple.

Sauce:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon of Toasted Sesame oil
4 cloves of garlic, or 4 teaspoons of crushed garlic
¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
Mix until well combined. Pour some of the sauce over lamb and marinate over night.
If possible, every few hours baste the lamb with the sauce. Or if you are not at home while it is cooking, then pour most of the sauce over the lamb in the morning, and reserve a little for the last half hour of cooking.

Accompany with any sides of your choice!
