Bells Pallsy, Guillaine-Barre and Hunter Ramsay (like what Justin Bieber has) are all known “rare” side effects of the mRNA vaccine that can result in partial facial paralysis that can be temporary or permanent and once a person has it—their symptoms will likely show up on and off again throughout their lifetime.
