A video from way back in the day... Alope (#36), Valkyrie, and #15 (the steer) all enjoy a good scratching. And where one is, the other two are usually close by. Somebody’s a little spoiled though…

Took a break to say hi to Valkyrie. She likes to be scratched, just not all the time (she’s just more receptive when her best friend Alope’s around). She has a very expressive face, almost looks like she’s frowning when I try and touch her.

#15 and Alope are spoiled… Sorry bout the sun. I can’t always help where I get ambushed. If these 2 happen to see me while I’m working in the field, they usually come up and demand some attention (usually Valkyrie’s with them).

Alope and her shadow Valkyrie come get a drink of water and say hi to Luna. I gave everyone some loves.

I like to play my guitar for cattle. They seem to like the deeper notes. Only have this video from a few years ago.

Alope was my favorite heifer at this ranch where I used to work. If she saw me working in the field she’d always come up to me and ask for some scratches.

I decided to take a break with the steers. #15 has taught his friends, that I’m safe, and make a good scratchy post for them, lol.
