In today's video I talk about the 3 most underrated yet super effective exercise recovery methods. These aren't your typical cliches that everyone knows just telling you to just take it easy or giving you some stretches. And as I say by not doing these things I believe you are leaving gains on the table. These strategies are simple to do yet very effective and will help to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and get you out of that fight or flight high stress state. This is so important because your body can't possibly recover properly if not given the right tools to tone down the sympathetic nervous system. Doing these strategies will help keep your body be healthier and believe it or not they will also decrease the risk of getting injured and will reduce next day soreness.
