How to build big Quads

People have always complemented me on my legs size especially being natural and asked for my secret 🧠

Because I’ve not had big legs naturally , used to have right chicken legs 🍗

And the answer is something you’ve probably heard before⬇️

Squats, Squats and more squats🏋🏾‍♂️

There really is no way around it, you want big quads, put some heavy weight on your back and squats 💯

Multiple times a week, like I have done for years in my powerlifting days in a Constant surplus📈

And low and behold now I’ve got leaner , they really are showing💯

So stop with the reverse banded song or legs leg press, get under the barbell and squat‼️
