I finally got an electric pressure canner, and I'll be unboxing it in this video! I'll talk about why I wanted a pressure canner in addition to my waterbath canner (really just a large stockpot!). I'll also share why I chose a digital/electric pressure canner rather than a traditional stovetop model. For my first pressure canner, I got the Presto Precise digital pressure canner, and I'm so excited to try it out!
