The purpose of this video is to walk thru the canning process, go over supplies and review the presto pressure canner.

What I like about my canner is that it’s dual purpose. Not only can I use this canner for pressure and water bath canning, but it can also serve as a pressure cooker as well.

It’s affordable The All American Canner is 3 times the cost of the Presto, I’ll leave a link for it both below.

Easy to use - once loaded, locked, and building pressure, it settles down quickly and gets to work.

It’s not too heavy for me to lift

It’s has good workmanship quality, there’s nothing cheap about this unit.

I have confidence using this canner, I feel it works safely, efficiently, and with minimal hassle.
