INGREDIENTS :

2 halved chicken breasts
250 grams sliced no stem chestnut mushrooms ( 8.8 oz )
125 ml marsala wine ( 1/2 cup )
250 ml chicken broth ( 1 cup )
125 ml double cream ( 1/2 cup )
150 grams plain flour ( 5.3 oz )
1 chopped medium onion
3 tablespoons butter ( 42.6 grams )
2 tablespoons olive oil ( 26.6 grams )
4 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1 teaspoon Salt ( 6 grams )
1 teaspoon garlic powder ( 1.58 grams )
fresh chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a bowl add 150 grams plain flour, 1 teaspoon garlic powder
.add 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.coat each halved chicken breast in flour mix
.in a pan on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 1 tablespoons butter
.once melted cook chicken breasts 3 to 4 minutes each side & remove
.in same pan on medium heat add 2 tablespoons butter
.once melted add 1 chopped medium onion, 4 minced garlic cloves
.cook for approximately 2 to 3 minutes
.add 250 grams sliced no stem chestnut mushrooms cook for 3 to 4 minutes
.add 1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.add 125 ml double cream & mix well
.add 250 ml chicken broth, 125 ml marsala wine
.mix well & cook for approximately 10 minutes
.lower heat, add chicken, coat with sauce & cook for 2 minutes
.sprinkle with fresh chopped Parsley & serve
