Final Set of 3x4 140 Kgs Deadlift Back-Offs. Absolute JOKE.

This was my back-off set work after my 180 Kgs heavy top single. 140 Kgs is feeling more and more like absolutely NOTHING, now. Just ragdolling it. I am really trying to focus on getting a quick and consistent setup, driving as much force in to the bar as possible and being explosive, while also being as controlled as I can. These sets are feeling really good, and I am feeling stronger every session 🤘🏻
