Violent clashes erupt at student protest in Sri Lanka

Clashes broke out between protesters from the Inter University Students' Federation (IUSF) and Sri Lanka police during a rally in Dalugama. Students demanded the release of activists who were detained during an August demonstration and remain in custody under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
