Eating enough. It's a problem for some people as they have been so conditioned that restriction is the way to get healthy.
It's all about easting ENOUGH of the RIGHT THINGS. At this point in the Chisel challenge I had lost 27lbs over the 15 weeks.

Here is a very short video with two days both OMAD but using the reduced eating window theory. Eating plenty of food within less than two hours when you do eat. So you are not eating for 22 hours per day or slightly more.
