October 10 is World Mental Health Day. It is a day to raise awareness about a problem people are still not comfortable talking about. What are some of the mental health issues in our world today? How can people cope with these problems?

Talking about these issues is a challenge in itself. People have different opinions. We come from different backgrounds, diverse cultures, genders, beliefs. It's just natural to have diverse viewpoints as Emi and Peter will attest to. In this no holds barred conversation, they discuss the alarming findings and research about the current state of world mental health especially coming from a global pandemic. What are some of the conversations we should be having? What are we getting wrong? What are the misconceptions that have come about with regards to mental health and wellbeing? And more importantly, how should we deal with them?

All these questions are answered by Peter and Emi in this episode of Mental Wealth TV. Let us know what you think. Comment and share your thoughts even if you disagree. Share and subscribe to raise awareness.
