I didn't sleep too well last night, unfortunately; so I think that along with accumulating fatigue made the weight feel a bit more challenging today, along with feeler a bit weaker, overall. The 105 Kgs single went fine, but I think just a tad slower than last week. I upped the volume by one rep this week, for these back-down sets. Overall, the results were not too bad, despite feeling a bit off today.
