An unusual recipe for homemade pasta made from tomato juice, which is perfect for both dinner and a festive table.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 500 gr
Tomato juice - 700 ml
Garlic - 3 cloves
Onion - 1 head
Mozzarella - 300 gr
Butter - 80 gr
Vegetable oil
Cream 15% - 100 ml
Rosemary

Cooking time: 35 min

STEPS:
Pour the sifted wheat flour into a bowl and add tomato juice to it. Mix everything thoroughly and knead a stiff dough and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Finely chop garlic, onion and mozzarella.
Divide the finished dough into 3 parts, roll out a thin strip and cut into small pieces.
In a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, add butter, then garlic, onion and fry a little. Then add a couple of sprigs of rosemary and tomato juice and leave to stew for about 5 minutes. Then add cream and cheese.
Gradually pour pieces of tomato dough into boiling water and cook until half cooked.
Add the semi-cooked pasta to the saucepan and simmer for another 10 minutes.
