Na & Tar both had successful resort businesses in the north of Thailand, that was until there were no longer any tourists. When they realized covid was no short term deal, they put their creative genius together and developed Nakita clothing brand. They use recycled denim and fuse it with hill tribe fabrics from the local areas. This has provided a steady income for the talented hill tribe people and the results are stunning. Each piece is a work of art and they are now in hot demand around the globe. They sell the clothing on Facebook twice a week. What a wonderful story to come out of Thailand, well done ladies.
