Replacing The Worn Out Shocks & Wheel Hubs: Jimmy Resto Ep.8
Subscribe today to catch all my upcoming project episodes and reviews! http://bit.ly/1RXFn3v
In today's video, I'll be swapping out the worn out shock absorbers and front wheel hubs. The differences before and after were pretty significant, even though there's still a lot of suspension and steering work that needs to be done. The wheel hub/bearing assemblies were starting to get pretty noisy and even began causing a noticeable vibration at higher speeds. The shocks were bad enough that the truck just didn't feel as stable as it should, kind of bouncy at times. I ended up taking care of all of those issues, which makes me excited for just how great this thing is going to drive after I'm finished with everything else! Along with walking you through the process, I'll also cover some tips and tricks that I found to make this process a tad easier. Enjoy!

Over the next few months, I'll be introducing a lot more project content to the channel, in addition to my normal reviews! The 240SX will be picking up soon (engine swap), along with a few other things I have in the works! For this series, I'm excited to announce a new partnership between Saabkyle04 and O'Reilly Auto Parts (https://www.oreillyauto.com/) Together, we'll be bringing the Jimmy back to its former glory! I'll be focusing on a lot of DIY content to fix what's broken, while upgrading key components. My goal is to get this thing to a point that it could be a reliable daily driver. There's a ton of things that need to be done, so expect a lot of cool content with this one. Thanks so much for watching and I hope you all enjoy! I'm really excited about these projects. They're a great way for me to interact with you all more and us all to have fun together!
