I'm going to show you how to make a healthy dinner that the whole family will love! I bet your kids would love these delicious and healthy Burger Lettuce Wraps. These low-carb burgers are easy to make and can be a great snack or lunch idea too.

Ingredients
1 pound of lean ground beef was used (90 percent lean)
1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt
8 leaves of Bibb lettuce
1/3 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
two tablespoons. Magic Whip Light
8 slices of one medium-sized, ripe avocado, after peeling it.
TIP: For a new twist, try this dish with lean ground turkey or ground bison.
Directions:
1. Beef, salt, and pepper should be combined in a sizable bowl while being properly mixed. Make eight. patties that are 1/2 inch thick.
2. Burgers should be broiled or grilled, covered, over medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160°.
3. In lettuce leaves, place the hamburgers.
4. Spread Miracle Whip and feta mixture over hamburgers. Add tomatoes, red onion, and avocado on top, if you'd like.
