In this video, I'm going to show you how easy it is to make zucchini lattice lasagna by following these simple steps. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INGREDIENTS: (3) large zucchini, cut into wide strips using a Y peeler and drained on paper towels (3) c shredded mozzarella (1) c freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for sprinkling (2) large eggs (2) c ricotta 1 1/2 c marinara sauce Kosher salt ground black pepper DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine ricotta, Parmesan, and eggs in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper. 3. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara. Two layers of zucchini, one-third of the ricotta mixture, and one-third of the mozzarella should be placed on top. 4. Over the mozzarella, spread roughly 1/3 cup of marinara. layering two more times. 5. In the baking dish, arrange the zucchini noodles in a lattice pattern to create the top. 6. Lay another zucchini noodle across diagonally after lifting the bottom part of each additional noodle. 7. Continue till finished. 8. Add additional Parmesan on top, then season with salt and pepper. 9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until zucchini is soft and cooked through. 10. The oven should be preheated to 375F. Apple should be diced before being uniformly coated with cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and lime juice. 2. Apply nonstick spray to a muffin tin and press a cinnamon roll into each cup, pressing the sides together so they form their own cups. Give each one a large spoonful of apples. 4. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F (or until rolls are golden brown and cooked through). 5. Before baking, you can line the muffin tray with aluminum foil if you prefer your apples extremely tender.
