I'm going to show you how to make a healthy dinner that the whole family will love! I bet your kids would love these delicious and healthy Burger Lettuce Wraps. These low-carb burgers are easy to make and can be a great snack or lunch idea too.

Ingredients
1 pound of lean ground beef was used (90 percent lean)
1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt
8 leaves of Bibb lettuce
1/3 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
two tablespoons. Magic Whip Light
8 slices of one medium-sized, ripe avocado, after peeling it.
TIP: For a new twist, try this dish with lean ground turkey or ground bison.
Directions:
1. Beef, salt, and pepper should be combined in a sizable bowl while being properly mixed. Make eight. patties that are 1/2 inch thick.
2. Burgers should be broiled or grilled, covered, over medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160°.
3. In lettuce leaves, place the hamburgers.
4. Spread Miracle Whip and feta mixture over hamburgers. Add tomatoes, red onion, and avocado on top, if you'd like.

There are a lot of layers to this video! In this video, I'm going to show you how easy it is to make zucchini lattice lasagna by following these simple steps.

INGREDIENTS:
(3) large zucchini,
cut into wide strips using a Y peeler and drained on paper towels
(3) c shredded mozzarella
(1) c freshly grated Parmesan,
plus more for sprinkling
(2) large eggs
(2) c ricotta
1 1/2 c marinara sauce
Kosher salt
ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine ricotta, Parmesan, and eggs in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.
3. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara. Two layers of zucchini, one-third of the ricotta mixture, and one-third of the mozzarella should be placed on top.
4. Over the mozzarella, spread roughly 1/3 cup of marinara. layering two more times.
5. In the baking dish, arrange the zucchini noodles in a lattice pattern to create the top.
6. Lay another zucchini noodle across diagonally after lifting the bottom part of each additional noodle.
7. Continue till finished.
8. Add additional Parmesan on top, then season with salt and pepper.
9. Bake for 30 minutes, or until zucchini is soft and cooked through.
10. Before slicing, allow it to rest for ten minutes.

Rolls in a 12.4-ounce tube that need to be kept cold.
1 large apple, either a Golden Delicious or Granny Smith
1 cinnamon stick
One teaspoon of brown sugar
Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
1/2 tsp. lime (or lemon juice)
Instructions:

1. The oven should be preheated to 375F. Apple should be diced before being uniformly coated with cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and lime juice.
2. Each cinnamon bun should be spread out into a flat disc after being opened. Icing should be saved until later.
3. Apply nonstick spray to a muffin tin and press a cinnamon roll into each cup, pressing the sides together so they form their own cups. Give each one a large spoonful of apples.
4. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F (or until rolls are golden brown and cooked through).
5. Before baking, you can line the muffin tray with aluminum foil if you prefer your apples extremely tender. Then extend the cooking time by a few minutes.
