Day 259🥩🔥🏋️‍♂️ I was doing great today through about 75% of my workout and then I think I maybe depleted electrolyte stores because I suddenly ran out of energy and breath. Next time I will be sipping an electrolyte cocktail before, during, and post workout to experience the effect.

8:45am - 10oz homemade beef bone broth
9:45am - tri tip steak + ribeye tail fat + 1.5T ghee + 3 raw egg yolks
1:45pm - 2 grass fed beef patties (0.66lbs) + 2 raw egg yolks

4:15pm - Workout
Heavy Lifting - back squat build to your 1 rep max, I haven’t done a heavy back squat in 6 years so I told myself to take it easy and not go past 185lbs. I ended up at completing a 195lbs squat and could have added probably 10-20% more weight but stopped there for safety.

WOD - Every minute on the minute do 1 wall ball 20lbs/14lbs + max burpees (count only burpees)
Min 1 = 1 wall ball + max burpees
Min 2 = 2 wall ball + max burpees
Min 3 = 3 wall ball + max burpees

I did 20lb wall ball up until minute 9, then switched to 14lb ball, I skipped round 11, completed round 12, got up past 60+ burpees but don’t remember the exact count because I got dizzy/foggy minded and had to walk outside, couldn’t complete the workout. I think it was electrolyte depletion.

6:45pm - 1 grass fed beef patty (0.33lbs) + 6 organic air chilled chicken wings (appox 0.5lbs) + 2 strips bacon
9:45pm - 3 organic air chilled chicken wings (appox 0.25lbs) + 3oz kerrygold dubliner cheese

Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 50+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
