Positive! (The Trailer)

My short film “Positive!” is playing @byronbayfilmfestival.

Maybe you’re going to the festival - or know someone who is? Please share this trailer! It’s on at the Palace Cinema on Tuesday October 25th at 6.30pm - it’s playing before “See Mandy Run” starring comedian @mandy.nolan.

It’s a short comedy about when my family got covid and because of the government guidelines at the time (10 days of isolation if you had covid or 10 days of quarantine if exposed), and because we got it literally one after the other, WE HAD TO ISOLATE FOR 32 DAYS. My kids were 2 and 5 at the time and we’d already been in strict lockdown for most of the 18 months prior to getting covid.

It’s about pandemic parenting….or maybe it’s just about parenting.

I made this with the help of my two children, @williamshear and my brother Andrew Richardson (who hates social media).
