Fort Concho National Historic Landmark Part 1 - San Angelo, Texas 2022

Established in 1867, along the banks of the Concho River, Fort Concho was built to protect frontier settlements, patrol and map the vast West Texas region, and quell hostile threats in the area. #SanAngelo #MuseumTour #AmericanHeartlands #TexasHistory

I was able to create this while in San Angelo during the Rodeo and Stockshow. I love to explore places that help to preserve any aspects of artifacts and documentation of recent history.
