As the title says it's just Ribs. I've got a system for BBQ ribs that involves Ray's Sauce, brown sugar ( I do usually use Dark Brown and not Light) along with some real orange juice cooked up on the stove to caramelize the sugars and get it thick enough to baste the ribs with. I start by brazing the ribs with rubbing seasoning and saving the sauce for later so it won't char. The family has enjoyed this for over 20 years and it's modeled after "The Spare Rib" in Long Island for the sauce. Not sure if they are still there but it's worth a search!! Loved their Steak and Rib selection with the salad that was basically a half iceberg lettuce head in a bowl....
