Full day of eating at the lower end of my calorie target, 2600 calories. This training day didn't require me to fuel for any CV work. Give the green curry a blast man, very simple but tastes great!

Breakfast;
X2 Whole eggs
150g Egg whites
400g Pumpkin
100g Oats
20g Nut Butter

Snack;
200g Jackfruit

Meal Two;
80g Whey Protein
260g Frozen Bananas
14g Nut Butter

Meal Three;
125ml Coconut Milk
50g Green Curry Paste
150ml Water
250g Chicken Breast (Raw)
300g Egg Plant
100g Holy Basil
250g Jasmine Rice

Lower-Calorie Version of Meal Three;
275ml Coconut Milk (Low fat)
50g Green Curry Paste
200g Chicken Breast (Raw)
300g Egg Plant
100g Holy Basil
250g Cauliflower Rice

Calories; 573 / P - 49.8g / C - 42g / F - 20g
