Academy of States 3.0 - Creating a More Perfect Union

The founders looked at the landscape of the country and realized there could be a more perfect union and crafted an agreement between the states to ensure it would happen. We are at a similar crossroads today in America. We need state legislators to lead the way.

Rep Ken Ivory (R-UT) explains the authority of duty of state legislators to solve both our state and national concerns and the role Article V plays in keeping our union strong.
