Blocked drain to the street

Quiet street after a nice rain. The drain from the roof runs down the building and collects along a makeshift gully to the street. Here are the sounds. You’ll hear a few cars drive by and mainly the water collecting in the drain area slowly as the leaves are completely covering the grate.
