I believe that Russian general mobilization will be a matter of concern for Ukraine. Russia has enough small arms and equipment, but military clothing manufacturing may not be able to scale up to meet demand. This may require the creation of simplified uniforms or the outsourcing of military uniforms to South America.

It will be will be difficult to find enough body armor for all troops. This is typically a high cost item that is individually fitted to each soldier, so only some front-line units may get body armor.

Ukraine currently has a more experienced army. This is a problem because an untrained soldier eats as much as a trained soldier, but is a half or a quarter as effective. However, soldiers that survive their initial encounters with the Ukrainian Army will eventually gain experience and can be counted on to lead the next group of trainees.
