My parents used to make clam dip once a year on Thanksgiving and we always looked forward to it. I liked it so much that I tried the store-bought stuff and found it to have totally weak flavors so I had my dad show me the basics. Over the years I've tinkered with it a bit and feel that I've now achieved perfection with the inclusion of fresh roasted garlic and a little Sriracha Sauce. I can now turn it out quickly and I have an easy dish i can bring to any party to share or just munch on over a Sunday afternoon movie with the family!
