Saving Broccoli Seeds

Did you know that we eat the unopened flower of the plant? We don't actually eat the broccoli, and then it turns into flowers (which are also edible), which then get pollinated. Then their seeds get ripe, form pods and then you plant the seeds that you find in the pods.
