Farmer’s Casserole is perfect for the busy holiday season. Mix it up before you go to bed, and you can enjoy coffee with your company while it bakes. Serve with fruit, biscuits, or pancakes.
The variations are virtually endless. It's easy, affordable, and delicious. You can make it with the ingredients that you already have on hand. No need for a shopping trip in a specialty food store. This is the kind of meal that I grew up on, and I raised my 4 kids on.
