Do you wish there was an affordable solution to rising healthcare costs? There IS! Greg and I use Christian Healthcare Ministries, a non-profit health cost sharing ministry, not insurance. Almost all women who have had a breast cancer diagnosis have had lymph nodes removed through surgery. That means that the “original equipment” you were born with is not there to do its job.
Few of us understand the importance of our lymphatic system. Having fewer lymph nodes than you were born with can cause issues throughout your life, well after a breast cancer diagnosis. I know women that have been diagnosed with lymphedema over 20 years after their breast cancer diagnosis!
Lymphatic Therapist Deborah Kellogg joins me to discuss the role of the lymphatic system, as well as signs that your body may be in need of lymphatic therapy. We’re very grateful for Deborah sharing her expertise with us as one of Hope After Breast Cancer’s Contributing Experts.
