Easy Potato Salad - Quick 5 minute recipe - No cooking - Gluten free - Delicious & healthy!

Tip - Use tinned new potatoes and there's absolutely no cooking at all. Just prepare it and put it all together for a delicious healthy addition to your meal. I've served this with freshly cooked and chilled salmon and a side salad. Perfect for summer. Note: Make sure the ingredients of the mayonnaise you use is gluten free if you require it.
