Can you squat everyday like ivan Djuric? Will you get the craziest natty legs? Will you get crazy amounts of strength? Can you transcend time and space?
Probably not but you strength will definitely go up.
For 99.99% of people there is no need to squat everyday, but it is always interesting to see unconventional approaches and the results that can come from that.
