Thinking/Feeling
Pleasant/Unpleasant
Noting is when we label a thought or feeling, to help contain them. It's really quite simple: as you do the practise, just acknowledge what's happening, label it, release it, and carry on with our session. It's a peaceful, light practice.
This technique is particularly helpful for anxiety or rumination.
