If you don’t do any exercise at all today we at-least want you to try this fun Kukuwa Move! Each week we’ll highlight one Kukuwa African Dance move that you are challenged to do for 60 seconds non-stop. Take a 30-second break and repeat 2x for a total of 3 rounds doing this dance. This will also help you master a lot of the Kukuwa moves we incorporate into our routines.

Beginners: try for 30 seconds
Intermediate: try for 45 seconds
Advanced: try for 60 seconds
