Ingredients:
2 apples
1 roll of puff pastry
4 tablespoons of sugar (3 for the filling and 1 for garnish)
a pinch of cinnamon
100 g of walnuts
half a cup of liqueur (I used a brandy)
cooking time: 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes

Hello friends! Today we prepare a delicious dessert!

You will only need 2 apples to turn your day !!! So let's get started!

Let's start by peeling 2 apples

Divide the apples into 4 wedges and remove the core

Now cut the apples into medium sized pieces, in this way

Pour the apples into a pan

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar

Add a pinch of cinnamon

Let the apples caramelize

Add half a cup of liqueur (I used a brandy but you can use your favorite)

Place a roll of puff pastry on a baking sheet

Pierce the puff pastry with a fork

Place the filling in the center of the puff pastry, in this way

Close by pulling the two side flaps towards the center

Then close the ends with the help of a fork

Cut the surface of the pocket in this way

Brush with water

Sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar

Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes and it's ready!
