INGREDIENTS :

10 bread slices ( crust removed, triangle halved, 1 side buttered )
50 grams chopped walnuts ( 2/5 cup )
2 medium eggs
2 tablespoons white sugar ( 25 grams )
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar ( 18.75 grams )
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ( 1.4 grams )
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.75 grams )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( 4.9 ml )
1 cup pumpkin Puree ( 225 grams )
275 ml milk (1.16 cups )
Butter

INSTRUCTIONS :

.butter a baking dish
.make 1 layer bread slices ( crust removed, triangle halved, 1 side buttered )
.sprinkle some chopped walnuts
.make a 2nd layer bread slices ( crust removed, triangle halved, 1 side buttered )
.sprinkle the remaining chopped walnuts
.in a jug add 275 ml milk, 1 cup pumpkin Puree
.add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
.add 2 tablespoons white sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 2 medium eggs
.whisk well
.pour mixture evenly into baking dish
.pat down to make sure bread is coated with mixture
.sprinkle with cinnamon & top with walnuts ( optional )
.Place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 25 to 30 minutes
