My Favorite Italian Sandwich, Maybe the Best Ever!

It has been long established that most sandwich jockeys these days are NOT highly trained or highly motivated. The chain restaurant environment doesn't inspire greatness. What we are left with is barely edible, overpriced garbage on the conveyor belt of idiocracy. This has to end! I put forth this sandwich video as a way for us to take back the right to eat a decent sandwich! Join me and help change the world! One sandwich at a time.
