I Finished my Hand-Embroidered 1850's Corset!

Hand embroidery has always seemed unattainable to me.

Sure, it looks pretty, but it takes 100 years, and I am simply not good at embroidery.😩

💕But- when I found photos of a stunning 1850's corset with tons of blue embroidery, I knew I had to give it a try. This is the result!

💕What did I learn? That I can achieve more than I think I can if I set my mind to it.

💕Yes, it took a long time. BUT this embroidery took up what otherwise would have been "wasted hours". Time spent in the car, or watching TV (hello, Downton Abbey!)
