SHOULDERS AND ARMS WORKOUT | For All Levels
Let's grow together and build these shoulders. The shoulder workouts are nice for a busy day. They are done rather quickly and the sore feeling is there. Be sure to stretch after your workout, especially with this one. It is important to train all 3 parts of the shoulder. Your anterior, lateral and posterior training.
Reps and sets for this workout:
Higher volume training, aim to perform 12-20 Reps by 4-5 Sets.
