180 Kgs x 6 Deadlift. NEW REP PR!

Like I mentioned before, I am going to start strapping up for my top sets, so I can have a bit more of an edge when going for reps/a new rep PR with these higher weights. Warm ups felt great, and moved well, and I felt very confident I could crush this. However I have to admit, that this set moved a little slower than I expected! Especially the first rep. I still managed to acheive my goal today, and I think I could have still grinded out one more, but I am not going to do a repeat of the OHP session, and save some energy, hahaha. 190 Kgs for reps next week! Let's GET IT 🤘🏻.
