This fun back & biceps workout will get you the results you're looking for. It is important to look for new ways to get stronger. I want to show you new exercises that you will find beneficial to follow. The barbell row has really helped me get stronger and tone. My back definition and endurance has improved from the volume training I do with that exercise. We did a lot of bicep curls with the dumbbells. I find it challenges my arms and gets the best effort out of me. I also motivate you in this video to workout. I encourage self improvement and self care.
