These smoothies & diet shakes recipes will help you lose some pounds

1. Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup frozen or room temperature mango chunks
1/2 cup mandarin orange
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
5-8 Ice cubes
Optional 1 scoop protein powder & 1 banana

Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Serve instantly or store in a covered jar in refrigerator for 2 days

2. Cranberry Shake

Ingredients
1 cup whole cranberries
100ml apple juice
125 ml(75g / 3oz) frozen berries like strawberry & blueberries
1 banana
5-8 Ice cubes
Optional add some unsweetened high quality cocoa powder.

Instructions
