Firearms Instructors - are you looking for an exercise for your next shooting event? Here's one where trainees practice shooting from behind low cover, for example a concrete planter box at the mall. You can use this exercise for live-fire, dry-fire, and airsoft training events.

The exercise is presented by Jeff Bickford, a firearms instructor with Armed Defense Training Association in Seattle WA. In the video he discusses how he presents this exercise to a group of students at a live-fire shooting event.
