August 3 2022 Raid at Barstow Home (vid 2)

This is the 2nd part of what was recorded on the night of August 3 2022 at my mom's home in Barstow CA. At the end of the 1st video is seen where that device was cut off when the officer (Nicholas McCrystal) forcibly knocked it out of his way as he breached the dining room window followed by other officers (Jay Ko, Darren Gilmore) that went to arrest me. This video is looking diagonally from the living room window out at the street (Cedar Rd) and catches the sounds of my struggle. I was tasered 4 times by the officer to my left (Jay Ko) as well as stunned in my left side. I am heard continuously asking and pleading with the officers to "back away" and ""let it go". I'm also heard trying get help from my mom, asking her "ajudame" in spanish. In the course of the struggle they get one handcuff on my right wrist and attempt to get the other as well. I was wrestled down to the ground. I did nothing wrong but they proceeded to continue with the arrest. At some point the officer to my right (with the cuffs) gets the other cuff on me. I am heard gasping at some point due to one of them pressing their thumb against my neck and so my energy started to fade. Another officer is seen (William Spurlock) trying to enter and is directed to go through "the other window". I had wrapped my legs around the corner leg of the living room table facing the front entrance when they tried to drag me. I didn't know who anyone was, or why this needed to continue.

My mom saw the whole thing and saw how the struggle proceeded. Eventually my brother comes out and is heard asking why they were doing this. He is also identified as my brother and the person they were seeking. But now after this struggle my wrists hurt badly and I was spent. As they tried to get me out the front door I was weak and could not stand. No consideration was made for my condition. I was repeatedly ordered to stand up, but not given the time to do so. EMT vehicles started to come in. I was lifted out by my still cuffed arms. I became numb. Everything was now becoming just a big blur. Eventually I'm taken to the Barstow Community Hospital. And then to jail at the High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto.

I did nothing but defend my mom's home from intruders. I was not on any warrant and they were there for my brother. This incident should never have proceeded as it did. The officers initially (vid 2) went to identify me and I was under no obligation to comply in the privacy of my mom's home and from people who say they serve and protect the community. Does that include all citizens or just some?

My case number in Victorville Superior Court for the August 3 2022 arrest was FVI22002195. After having made it home on August 18th 2022 I was rearrested on false allegations made by the neighbors when they called the police on me.

Please understand my mom has a mental disability and after this situation was by herself for nearly a month. She had no one to care for her when we were arrested. When I made it back the mess the police made of our living room was still there. And this whole time my brother has still been in jail. We're trying to get him help.
