Today I bring you a delicious recipe for HAKE IN GREEN SALSA.
It is easy to prepare and I assure you that you will love it!
Ingredients
Hake fillet 500g
olive oil for frying
1 heaped tablespoon flour
Salt to taste
Garlic 1 clove
bunch of parsley
250ml water
1. Salt the fish to taste.
2. Coat the hake in flour and fry on both sides.
3.When the hake is ready, put it on a plate.
4. Where you fried the hake, squeeze the garlic, fry, add flour, add water, stir well, add parsley, salt to taste, when it boils add the hake, close the lid and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
