I told you we would be firing up our trusty Yoder Smokers Loaded Wichita offset smoker, better known as a stickburner. With plenty of hickory wood for smoking and some leftover Texas post oak firewood chunks for good barbecue, we set out to make the best BBQ smoked babt back ribs recipe for backyard parties. These baby back pork ribs already came pretty well trimmed so I didn't even touch them. But what I did touch them with is some Lucky Shake All Purpose seasoning from Uncle Steve's Shake. I didn't want to overpower these backyard cooking smoked ribs, I wanted maximum yield. That hickory smoke would add plenty of flavor if done right!
