Homemade pizza, on the most delicious tomato dough, is much better than pizzerias. The dough is airy, soft and crispy at the same time, your favorite filling complements well. Incredible taste, let's cook already!

Sauce:
3 medium tomatoes
bunch of basil
2 garlic cloves
salt, pepper to taste
vegetable oil
tomato paste 70 gr
Dough and toppings should be 50/50. Based on 880 grams of dough, these are 3 pizzas with a diameter of 26 cm. There should be 295 grams of dough and 295 grams of filling for each pizza.
Filling:
smoked salami
Bacon
green olives
tomato
hard cheese
Mozzarella
basil
preparation time: 35 min (excluding dough)
STEPS:
Sauce: finely chop the tomatoes, put in a preheated frying pan lightly greased with vegetable oil, simmer for 5 minutes until all the moisture has evaporated. Next, add tomato paste, basil, garlic and mix everything thoroughly and simmer for another 3 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Stuffing: cut the whole filling into pieces that are convenient for you.
We put the dough on the form, stretch it well in such a way as to form the basis for pizza with sides. The dough should cover the entire mold.
Next, we distribute the sauce over the entire surface of the dough, at the next stage we send our filling to the pizza. Spread the filling evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
Sprinkle hard cheese and mozzarella over the entire surface of the pizza, without touching the sides.
If desired, we send chopped greens to the cheese.
We send the pizza to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
