*Iso-Lateral Leg Press - 6 sets of 1-12 reps/Leg
*Landmine Hack Squat - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
*Iso-Lateral Leg Extension - 4 sets of 10-12 reps/Leg
*DB Goblet Squat - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
*DB Lounges - 4 sets of 10-12 reps/Leg
*Iso-Lateral Leg Curls - 4 sets of 10-12 reps
*Smith Machine Calf Raises - 6 sets of 10-12 reps
