The EU backtracks on imposing price limits on Russian energy supplies, according to a leaked document, as the bloc struggles with shortages amid the sanctions it's already imposed against Moscow. A deadly escalation erupts between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region. Armenia says 49 people were killed, while Azerbaijan denies claims it attempted an invasion.
