What do you require to acquire excellent health?

So let’s talk about each one of these factors
When it comes to nutrition, it is key to avoid inflammatory foods such as Gluten, Dairy and lan overconsumption of of animal protein
We are a plant dependant animal
You need to ensure that you eat sufficient vitamins, minerals, trace minerals and phtyochemicals or plant nutrients.
Eat loads of different coloured vegetables and fruit as all of these contain different nutrients
As you get older or if you are a vegan you may also require some supplementation such as Vitamin D3 and Zinc so you are able to maintain a healthy immune system.
Did you know the majority of people in world are Magnesium and Vitamin D3 deficient leading to premature ageing?
You also need to move on a regular basis.
Movement alone will lower cholesterol and high sugar levels.
However, if you are in pain, you may find it difficult to move.
So the cutting out of inflammatory food is necessary.
But it also important that you musculoskeletal system is fully aligned and balanced.
This can be done through postural alignment exercises bespoke to your unique physique.
Once you have achieved a balanced and functional body, you will then find it much easier to move and can begin to build your core body strength and exercise for leisure or go to the gym.
Movement alone will do so much for your body.

Then 3rdly you need a clean body.
And this is were it can get a little bit tricky at times because we can ver be 100% of the toxins surrounding us.
A lot of our drinking water contains lead, copper or even arsenic. So it is of utmost importance that you install or use a good filter.
You also need to limit exposure to other stressors particularly psychological ones. Throughout my 10 years in the therapy profession and I think every doctor in the world will agree to this, emotional and psychological stress is one of the key reasons why people get ill.
Finally but lastly you need a functional gut with a balanced microbiome or good to bad bacteria for the absorption of vital minerals and vitamins and the production of energy.
So many people nowadays suffer from Leaky Gut which can have many causes including stress, bad gut bacteria and eating loads of gluten and spicy food.
